Anna Abbatiello is currently a researcher (RTDa) at University of L'Aquila.

Her research is focused mainly on partial differential equations connected with the motion of fluids. In particular her interests are the regularity and the existence theories for models of complex fluids. She got the PhD in Mathematics in 2018 at the University of Campania "L. Vanvitelli" guided by F. Crispo, also got the title Doctor Europaeus for partially performing the PhD thesis at the Charles University of Prague in the group of J. Malek. She was research fellow at the Technical University of Berlin within a project of the Einstein Foundation Berlin from 2019 till 2021 in the group of E. Feireisl. Then she spent two years  at Sapienza University of Rome from 2021 till 2023 as post-doc researcher in the group of E. Spadaro.
